System Maintenance & Service Level Agreements

 

Whether you already have equipment installed, or whether we are installing it for you, we can provide you with an effective maintenance solution.

 

Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and functionality of your security system and provides you with that all important peace of mind.

 

Our premier comprehensive package includes:

 

Two Preventative Maintenance Inspections per year.

All Parts & Labour costs resulting from faulty equipment.

24 hour fault reporting facility.

Working hours telephone technical support.

Engineer response to site for each fault call category (see below for times).

4 Hour response to site for emergency calls, 24/7.

Next working day response for urgent calls, during working hours only.

2 working days response for routine calls, during working hours only.

 

Please note to ensure the timely replacement of all major system components we recommend the purchase of a manufacturer’s spares pack to be held by us.   However,  we do carry a number of spares and are happy to use these in order to get you up and running as quickly as possible.

 

Other service level agreements are also available, details on request.

 

Out of hours engineers can be contracted via mobile, text, email, fax or answer machine, what ever suits you best.

 

Manufacturer's Product Warranties

 

Increasingly security equipment manufacturer's are offering warranty periods in excess of one year.   This is great for installers and customers alike.

 

But remember, manufacturer's warranties are limited to the repairs that take place in their repair centre, which could be on the other side of the world!  So if you don’t have a comprehensive maintenance agreement you may have to pay on site labour charges and outward delivery costs.  

 

Work Shop Repairs for Out of Warranty Equipment

 

We are able to carry out repairs on the majority of out of warranty equipment, and if you are comprehensively covered, you probably don't need to worry about any charges either.
